We use data to operate the marketplace, process payments, verify fundis, provide support, improve the product, and meet legal / compliance obligations (including payment partner KYC requirements).

4. Sharing

We may share necessary data with payment partners (e.g. Pesapal), hosting providers (e.g. Supabase / Vercel), and regulators when required by law. We do not sell your personal data.

5. Retention & security

We retain data only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymise it where practical. We use industry-standard safeguards; no system is perfectly secure.
